Found an Iloca Rapid II L, is it an RF?

Hello fellow photogs!

Just today I found an Iloca Rapid II L at a local rummage sale.
I have no clue about it. And I don't read German so I can't exactly read the instruction manual I found online.

I'm wondering, is it a rangefinder?
Anyone else have any experience with Iloca cameras?
