XAos
Well-known
Mom found the old XA we had growing up in the toybox. A little rough but it looks like it just went into hiding than dieing the horrible death in the name of science I seemed to recall. And for extra bonus - it's an XA0, not a 2 like I remembered. No wonder mom couldn't get in focus pictures with it. She didn't seem to know you had to focus it.
At any rate, I now have three (two XA2's), need to get this one up and running, and probably sell off an XA2 now. Clamshell isn't clicking into place when it closes, just sort of flops around. I'm interested in restoring it, but not really interested in leaving it with a repair shop that doesn't seem to care about classics and will end up costing an arm and a leg. If there are any XA gurus in the house, I'd love to hear from someone.
