Hey there, I came here being interested in rangefinders (particularly the yashica 35 GT) but today I found something I fell in love with. I went to an antique camera shop and saw a line of beautiful Rollei cameras. I wanted to know if the price is okay for these.
Rolleicord V $230
Rolleiflex 2.8D $400
Rolleiflex 2.8F $450
Rolleiflex 3.5 $400
Rolleiflex Automat 4 $230
All of them were in great cosmetic and mechanically, except the Automat 4 which had dirt so it was kinda slow. So what do you think of these prices?
Also, is the Rolleiflex 2.8F worth it, since it costs two times the Rolleicord?
Thanks.

The bargain price for a Rollei 2.8F at KEH is about $850. So if the Rolleiflex 2.8F is in working condition, no glass issues, then yes, that price is a good deal. I am sure others with more experience will chime in.

Thanks for the lightning fast reply.
Just as I thought so... I checked the prices in eBay and couldn't believe it since I'm in Argentina, and everything is a lot more expensive here. Well but this doesn't seem the case.
It just seems too good to be true, I keep thinking something must be wrong. Cause the owners of the shop did know a lot about their cameras. But they were really nice, they even told me I could bring a roll and test them before buying. So I am confused.
EDIT: By the way, is this in the right forum? Shouldn't this be in General? Mods, please move this :bang:
