Frances in hospital

I'll add here my wishes for a quick and safe recovery... and for this to turn soon into a memory of a not-so-great Easter. Take care of yourself too! ;)

Roger,

Bronchitis is a tough one, seems only time and / or a warm climate helps, am very glad to hear she is getting close medical attention, my sincere hopes that both of you are the most comfortable and as quickly as possible on the mend. Forget the vin rouge, go for he d'Yquem, it will soothe, ;-)

Regards, John

it will be not a nice Eastern, sorry to ear this: best wishes for a quick and full recovery. Take care, ciao

Thanks everyone. Your kind thoughts brought tears to my eyes and will to hers to when she reads them all in a few days' time.

Aditi and I have just come back from seeing her. She's looking very much better but she's still on oxygen and drips and cheerful stuff like that. The Easter dinner (cotes de veau) goes in the freezer until she's out of hospital!

It has been much easier with the help of our wonderful 'adopted daughter' Aditi -- who as I write this is on the telephone to her father (one of my oldest friends) being her incredibly sweet self with him too.

Tashi delek,

Roger

Good luck to you and Frances for a speedy and complete recovery. Better the French health system than most others I have seen.

Definitely, get well before Arles !

Best wishes to you all, and a speedy and full recovery for Frances. Definitely try to take care of yourself too, not always easy when you're worried about one you love.

Roger, you both will be in my prayers this weekend.

(Just saw your recent post. I'm sure the holiday dinner will taste better as a welcome home dinner).
