Guys I have a (silly) question to do. How does Serenar 1.9 locks to position when open? I bought one and follow the arrow's directions but when I’m trying to change the f stops the lens moves back. Am i doing something wrong or is the lens no good?

Turn it about 1/8th of a turn. Mine (from Frank actually) doesn't really lock, it's basically just friction, no clicks. My Summar, Elmar 50/3.5, I-22 are all the same.

Thank you for your reply.
When i do as you say and try to change the f-stops at the opposite direction the arrow shows the whole of the lens body comes also that way. I think it must be CLA'ed.
Thanks once more for your help.

I found it necessary to hold the rim of the lens with one hand while changing f-stops with the other to hold my collapsible Nikkor in position. Otherwise the body of the lens moved and it could "unlock". This is one reason that collapsible lenses fell out of favor.

Brian i'll do that. Do you think a CLA will cure it or it dosen't worth the trouble and money?
Unless the lens is hazy, or the aperture is very hard to turn, I would not spend the money on a CLA and would just use the lens. The CLA will not make it "lock" any tighter. Unless it comes loose on its own, ie just wobbles around, it sounds like it is behaving normally.

The lens is perfect but the aperture is hard to turn. I think i'll sent it for CLA. Thanks for the help.
