Free Lightroom upgrade ?

I have Lightroom 3.3 and I downloaded for curiosity Lightroom 4.1 RC (release candidate) on Adobe labs website. It seems that you don't need a licence of lightroom 4. It works !

I think RC is essentially Beta. Not the full supported version.

it expires 6/30/2012 unless you have a lightroom 4 license.
