Free R2880 cartridges & a request

My R2880 head clogged up and it worked out not too expensive to upgrade to a R3000 than get it repaired.

So, I have some R2880 cartridges for the cost of postage.

They are T0966, T0967, T0969 & T0962 & T0964.

I was wondering whether anyone had created a custom profile for the R3000 with Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Baryta (315gsm) or had a profiler and could make a profile for me.

PS Epson are doing a trade-in scheme for the R3000, if you chop-in your old printer (not sure which models) you get £250 off the price and a three year warranty for free.
 
Too bad about your R2880. If it'll ease your pain (misery loves company?), my faithful R2400 just bit the dust last night - black ink pouring all over everything, and I'm contemplating an upgrade to the R2880. I'm not too concerned about the changing from matte to glossy problem as I only use matte paper. I can't help with the Hahnemuhle profile as I've never used it, but can't you download profiles?

How long did your 2880 last before it failed?
 
Maybe I should be thinking about the R3000 also. It's a bit beyond my current budget, but maybe I can eat fried dough for awhile.

Kully - don't need the cartridges after all. I'm going to buy an R3000.
