Well, I'm happy to report that after a quick email exchange, Kodak shipped replacement bags for the faulty D76, which I received today.

I literally just poured out a brand new pack of D76 myself, the entire pack was brown powder. Mixed it up, thinking it may change...looks like mud.

I sent them the batch number, in my case 8438, EXP 2023-01, and a picture of my brown solution.
