I sold my Yashica Electro 35 G because I upgraded to Bessa-R and here are the results from the last roll of film with it:

It was shot with Fuji Sensia and cross processed hence the wacky colors.

Yashica was quite heavy and it was also pain to shoot in the winter becouse of the cold metal body. I also wanted something more modern with interchangeable lenses and better viewfinder.candie said:great colours - i like it - why change to a bessa?

Looking through those has made me rather nostalgic for Finland. Also reminded me that I've got some shots somewhere taken on my Hi-Matic F.

What a lonely set of photos...admit it, deep down you feel sad getting rid of the GS
I do agree my GSN is not easy to carry around.
How do you feel about the viewfinder on the Bessa? I used to think the GSN has a strange dark finder, then I got a Canon QL17 GIII and realized a bright finder is not for me. The contrast between the finder and the focusing spot is not enough, especially in low light.

Markus, you're one of the rare photographers I've seen who can make beautiful pictures without a single person in it. The somber mood that those pictures convey is amazing. How did you cross-process it? C-41?
