My pancake lens looks absolutely ugly now. I did not know the front ring where "Voigtlander color-skopar 35mm f2.5" is actually glued on the barrel. It has fallen off while I was outside shooting. I almost lost it as I noticed that it is on the ground at the last moment. So what is the best glue to glue it back? Nice built quality, eh?

I am not sure if super glue will can work on metal to metal. Any other ideas?

Sorry--I thought it was plastic to plastic. If metal to metal, then use JB Weld 2-part epoxy that's available at most hardware/ auto parts stores in the US. Don't know about Turkey. Make sure the surfaces are clean/ free of oil/grease. Methanol on a Q-tip will take care of any of that.
Here it is on eBay and seller ships international: http://www.ebay.com/itm/JB-Weld-/150649000863?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item231361539f
