For some time know, I've been wanting to get myself an X-T1 but due to certain issues in my life, I haven't been able to afford one. When the X-T10 came out, I saw it as a possible alternative to the X-T1 and started to look into it. I read reviews, owners blogs, watched YouTube video reviews and so on. The differences between both cameras were, on the one hand not much different but on the other hand, miles apart and when I went into a camera store to have a look at the X-T10 it want yet available. On the shelf was an X-T1 so I picked it up and found myself wanting one again. The feel, hand grip etc was compelling me to say that is the one for me but, again having read more reviews etc I came back to the X-T100. What finally made me decide to go for an X-T10 wasn't due to feel, costs or any of those things but purely down to what my budgie would allow me. No job currently was also a big factor but when I saw that there was a deal where I would get £80 extra trade in, plus the sale of my X100s, TCL-100, X-Pro 1 and a few other camera bits and bobs that forced me over the cliff. I'm now going to take all my camera kit in apart from my XF-18, XF-35 & XF-60 ( I need lenses you know!) and hopefully I will come out with a brand new X-T10 (black preferably) very soon. Am I mad selling an X100s and all other items mentioned, well, partly yes as I do like my X100s and TCL-100 but, I feel I will get the best of the deal where I will get a more modern camera (no it's not because of GAS) with a flip up screen, a faster autofocus, an EVF where I see what I get, and all that my other Fujifilm cameras give me (with the exception of the optical viewfinder which I would miss to a degree). Most of all, I will get back to what I miss most of all from my film camera days when I shot images with an Olympus OM-1n and 50 mm lens (compact, light and well built) and, no more what camera will I take out today (I do have my iPhone 6 though). Has anyone else made the same decision as me and opted for the X-T100 as their main camera, have you sold all your kit for one, I'd be interested to hear your stories too. I'll let you know when I do get mine...

I owned an X100. I now own two X-T1s and a X-Pro-1.

I would keep the X100S. This is because I enjoy using the OVF.

I use the X-T1s for commercial work. The EVF is excellent. But I don't enjoy using this camera compared to the X100 or X-Pro 1. There's nothing wrong with the X-T1. It's easier to use than the X-Pro 1. I just prefer the X-Pro 1.

Of course if you don't use your X100S' OVF, or want more lens versatility the X-T10 would work well.

I am closing my commercial photography business. I have to decide what to do with the X-T1s. Right now I'm considering selling both bodies and just using the X-Pro 1 until the next generation Fujifilm body arrives. From time to time I flirt with the idea of picking up a X100T. But it seems redundant to the X-Pro 1 with the 27/2.8 pancake lens. I am tempted to keep one of the X-T1 bodies for personal studio work. The remote control iPad app is nice to have.
