I just got a Fujifilm 35mm R lens and noticed the box has a red dot sticker on it. Does that signify anything?
I can't check the firmware ( or do anything else) because the body won't get here till tomorrow!

I ask because coming from the canon world, they used to put colored dots on the outside of the package as they fixed things during production runs. 1D mark 3 " yellow dot" comes to mind....
