I have a Fuji GS645 folding 6x4.5 120/220 camera that has been in storage with dry packs for several years. The lens is 9.9/10, body 9.5/10, shutter is "one-thousand-and-one" on for 1 second, rangefinder is on, meter worked last time I used it. It just needs a new bellows. I only shot about 20 rolls of 120 thru it while living in Japan. Since then it has been in storage. Soft case, lens hood and UV filter included. First $250 plus shipping takes it.

Hmmm... tempting...

What's the lens on this one? A 45/3.5? What's wrong with the bellows? Is the battery chamber clean? Inquiring minds...

Francisco, it'd be the 75mm f/3.4

With a good leather bellows to replace the original (reputed to be paper), this would be a nice little rig. I have the 60mm non-folding version.

Oh, I wish I had the money, that's the one Fuji I really want as I prefer the "normal" lens length. Well, someone will get a great camera.

I have the non-folding wide angle lens version of this camera and love it. The bellows are notoriously/infamously lousy on this folding camera. With a replacement bellows, this is a great camera.

Just an editorial comment for anyone interested. About a year ago Fuji was selling an improved bellows for $60. I don't know what the labor would be to install it but you could check someone like Essex. It is a wonderful little camera. I just used mine for a check of all my old lightmeters using the camera as a reference.

The "for sale" notice is almost 4 months old now; I expect it's been sold. :(

I've been sorta looking for one of the folding Fujis myself but on the other hand I don't really need one and I shouldn't be in acquisition mode anyway!

I hear ya Doug :) I must admit, if I came across a like-new zoom Fuji MF RF (I think the model is 645zi, but I'm willing to be corrected on that), I'd be willing to trade just about everything except my Konica C35, Olympus ZLR and my TLRs for it. Can you tell I'm in love with medium format? :)

LOL, Doug! Yes, that would be the GA645Zi... The GA645 series includes the original with 60mm f/4, the wide model GA645Wi with 45mm f/4 that I have, and the 55-90mm zoom GA645Zi.

The GS645 is the previous series of all-manual cameras that started with the 75mm f/3.4 folder, and went on to offer the non-folding GS645S with 60mm f/4 that I have, and the rangefinder-less wide one with 45mm f/5.6. These are noticeably lighter and more compact than the automatic GA cameras.

Do you currently have any medium-formats to admire? If not, I foresee some serious shopping for you!

I love folders, started with a Super Ikonta B 40 years ago. Recently two came on sale on EBay and I bought one. So far the negs look beautiful, and will print some soon. I paid five hundred for it. Not many come up for sale. As someday the bellows may need replacement, is Essex the place to go? I live in Central Valley, California near Sacramento.
