I found this add localy. Haven't a clue if it a good deal.
(Fuji GS645S) - $375
Student looking to sell a 6x4.5 medium format rangefinder with Fujinon f/4 60mm EBC lens, internal meter, Hoya HMC skylight filter, rubber wide-angle lens hood. Included is German made watameter rangefinder. I bought it from ebay in great used condition and only shot two rolls but have decided to sell it as I learned that this isn't really the right camera for me. Please email for more info. Thanks for looking.

I'd say that is good. It's the rigid model from the looks of the picture - it's got that curved crash bar around the lens. The folding version sufferes from bellows light leaks. I've heard that the rigid version is fragile and the shutter jams and becomes inoperative if the lens gets bumped - hence the crash bar.
I have the GS645W wide angle lens version. I was trying to sell it earlier for $500 but now I'm glad I don't have to.

thats a good deal, but, the bar is there for a reason. the screws can rip out of the plastic body if the lens is hit to hard....

Well-known
That's exactly what I paid for mine. As Michael says, the roll bar is functional. Some people don't recommend using both a filter and a lenscap, sticks out far enough to put the shutter mechanism and lens mount in jeopardy.
I've also had trouble with the rangefinder patch sticking. Check that the patch/framelines move with the focus mechanism reliably before you pay.
I like mine very well by the way; at least half of the frames I shoot in a year happen with it. Hope it works out so well for you.
