Fuji GW670III - lowest handheld shutter speed?

I'm not surprised that you can get consistently sharp photos at 1/15th.
I haven't had a blurry photo at 1/15th with my ga645, but I have at 1/8th.
Can see a bit of shake in your 3rd shot of the stools? Have you viewed the scan at full size?
Once my GW690 is back from being fixed, I won't hesitate to use it at 1/15th for non moving stuff.
 
I like to keep the shutter speed up there, but I've had very good success below 125th. 60th, 30th, no problem, I've managed 1/15 too, but try not to make a habit of it without a monopod. Leaf shutter and no mirror does make a difference. I really doubt the vibration from the film counter has any effect, I think it is all after the exposure. I have 6x9's with the 65 and the 90 and shoot with them extensively.
