Fuji knows how to keep customers

Not sure about other Fuji sales areas, but I really think Fuji USA knows how to create customer loyalty. My own repair experience w/ the 27 pancake was great.. Really friendly guy on the phone.. While I was slow sending it in, they were fast turning around the lens (one day), I ended up w/ a replacement lens.

This guy damage his 14 and it was his fault. Looks like given the cost of repairing it, they decided to offer him a replacement lens at 30% off. Not sure many companies out there would have done that myself.
