Fuji RF GW670-690 Parts Availability

I know that these cameras were discontinued a few years ago, but what about parts availability? I called Fuji USA and they claim that they still have parts for them.

Has anybody encountered any parts-related issues when having these cameras serviced?

Not the same model, but my mechanic told me a year or so ago that either Fuji is hard to deal with (like it would take months to get a part) or that they just don't support my model any more. Not sure which.
Anyhow, the camera in question is a GS 645s. The repairman was able to make do with the existing parts, so what would've happened if there was a real need for a new spring? Dunno.

Fuji RF GW670-690 Parts Availability

Actually, I'm looking for a lower strap lug-clip for the Fuji GW670III. The one on my camera is bent. I straightended it out, but it's still not square. I would like to replace it with another one. They're easy to replace.

Fuji in NJ acted like I spoke a foreign language; they said that they will be receiving (some) parts in several weeks, but they don't know what they'll be getting.
