Fuji UK free lens offer extended until end Dec 2012

I was in my local camera shop today, trying to decide in a hurry between the X100 and the X-Pro1 (because the original deadline for the free lens offer was today). The shop had just received paperwork from Fuji extending the offer until end of December, which means that people waiting to see the X-E1's EVF should have a chance to do so before missing out on the offer.

PS: In the end I bought the black X100! Figured the X-Pro1 might be a better camera, but I'll actually carry the X100 more often. And I know I'd be plagued by focal-length anxiety if I bought the X-Pro...

I had been waiting for the XE to arrive to look at it but the offer was so tempting I scraped together the money, despite not really being able to afford it, and bought on the 31st October. I do love the camera a lot but I wish I had known before hand. I could have waited a bit and saved the cash. Oh well.... :bang:

My new free 18mm lens has just turned up today.
I've updated the firmware and ready for some fun. 🙂
