These Japan team rugby shirts are very well made and cost about $100.00 USD each. Across Japan they must have sold millions of them.
The "Cash Only" signs are for the forgien visitors. Cash and carry is still the prevalent means of doing business in Japan; many visitors to Japan are not familiar with that concept.
Everyone is wearing a team Japan rugby shirt!

Too bad using an APS-C sensor spoiled all these photographs. Just think how great they could look with a 24 x 36 mm sensor.
Then there's the XTrans sensor issue which seriously degraded these images.
