fuji x100s...who's getting one?

Yeah, I've pre-ordered. It's my most used camera and all of the improvements are things that have bothered me about the current version. Faster AF especially since I still miss on the streets (I prefer exact focus to zone focus these days).

very pragmatic...

i admire/envy your fortitude!

Actually.. Given that I am pretty happy w/ the set of cameras I am currently using.. I am pretty GAS free at the moment. :p in terms on any new camera bodies. I will eventually get the 14 and 27 for the Fuji and c what happens on the next gen front... Maybe sometime next year.. But I don't plan on buying any more lenses until I get a second body.

If I did not already have the x100, I would get the new version, but given how big I print and how I use it, I have no problem staying w/ it until a it dies.

Wish they would bring out additional versions of the X100 with a super wide (21mm isn) and a short tele lens (75mm isn). As ridiculous as it might sound but I would not mind owning two X100(s) with different lenses. Rather than one body with different lenses. The price of the camera and size would make this a feasible solution for me.

Tempted to get one, but will wait until Aperture supports the RAW format, sort of like I did with the X100.

I had my X-Pro stolen, and I'm considering replacing it with the X100s. I never took the 50mm off the X-Pro, and I like 35mm better than 50mm.... The fact that the X100s is $700 cheaper than the X-Pro + lens doesn't hurt either.

A 21 equiv would be the only one that could give me gas..:p

me, pre-ordered and fully paid after selling my X100.
still don't know exact date it will be out but honestly I'm not expecting it until mid/end of March or even April at this point

X100s is on my plan for late 2013, if the reviews of the split prism focusing are wonderful. If not, I'll hang onto the X100.

My alternative plan is to replace my Nikon stuff with the XE1 and some lenses, but that's still in the pondering phase.
