See this PDF (p.7) for global sales of other Fuji films:

Nice to see a growth in instant film market. I have sadly abandoned buying fuji after they had discontinued production of Polaroid type instant film which made my older Polaroids practically useless. They lost many costumers then as I remember.

I messed around with a smaller Fuji camera, but didn't really like the tiny pictures.

I do, however, really like the film for the Polaroid Land cameras. Shot a bunch for four days while on vacation. Almost every person who saw the camera had a comment that was positive. Love the colors from the film. Too bad the B&W film is discontinued. I liked it and still have a couple of boxes in the fridge.

As a lover of any instant film I'm happy to know sales are good. Not sure if personally I would buy one, I saw the Instax mini in a shop today and was tempted. But I already have too many cameras...

We have three Instax cameras within the household, and I have 3 or 4 cameras which take pack film. Instant is great fun, and really works well at parties. Expensive yes, but still fun.

Great! That means hopefully it'll stick around for a while :)

I've gone through the better part of 100 prints through my SP-1 already since March, plus another whack of Instax Wide prints in my Instax 210 camera. It never ceases to get people's attention and be a big hit when the instant prints come out at a party or gathering.

My wife and I each have a little album of Instax mini prints of our daughter. They make great little gifts too! I've given mini prints to people at weddings, birthday parties, and just for fun with photos of people with their friends and families. I carry the SP-1 in my camera bag everywhere now just for that reason and I'm a big fan of it for the fun factor.

$320 for the Mint? !!!

Ye can buy a real TLR for that cash, with fantastic IQ, not the rotten IQ displayed with this thing. My Lubitel takes hugely better photos.

The emperor's new TLR? Not likely. Same marketing non-speak as neo-LOMO.:cool:

An instax camera + film should cost no more than $40....

Saw that report recently too... Kind of amazing for two reasons. One, a digital camera and printer, recreating what we used to call "Polaroids." And two, that there's such a demand for it (which honestly, I can see). Though I wonder if the market isn't limited somehow, like say, Asia or something.

I've looked around the bay and such for cheap instax cameras and older models. There are some, but shipping usually is the price of the camera, and under 25€ it ain't.

I haven't seen many of these or other instants around markets lately, however, around here there isn't much of a culture around flea markets.

For sure it'd be fun! However, the price to keep fuelling them approaches Medium format nicely! And I'm not feeding my GW690 as much as I should.

It would be a bit crazy if these Medium Format Fujis actually had Pack and/or integral instant film backs!

I'd like such a back for my G690BL And one that takes the Instax mini for the Mamiya 645.

I enjoy the Fujifilm Instax cameras. I mainly use the WIDE camera. I prefer the larger photos. It does a great job and is a great conversation piece of ice breaker.
Its no wonder the Fujifilm Instax cameras and film are a hit!

And are there any package of film suitable for the old Kodak EK4 ?
I've read that Fuji had some films that fit those kodaks, but they have been discontinued... Any sugestions ?

Our household has 3 minis and a wide and they get used pretty regularly. Two of the cameras were presents to my kids.

I took the Neo 90 and 210 wide on vacation last spring and really enjoyed using the pics in a travel journal.

Also they are great for parties. It is once to give pictures and not just take pictures.

I am planning to take one to a wedding tomorrow and in October. Seems like the perfect occasion for some instal action.

I would love it if Fuji would do B&W instax film and also an upgraded wide camera that is more like the Neo 90.

With my teenage daughter and her pals, the Instax is all-the-rage. One friend got one at a birthday party, and now they all want one. Fuji hit it out of the ballpark with this product.
