Fujifilm X100V leaked photos

As for the looks...it is getting uglier by the model. The last really pretty X100 was the "S" in my opinion. I really love the looks of that and the original model. Speed be damned--give me a pretty camera!

Agreed. The first few iterations were really quite attractive but since the x100f they seem to be getting uglier with every iteration. And in some ways more complicated.

I actually hope they never get rid of the flash. It is amazingly good for flash fill in sunlight and I keep mine pretty much on set at -2/3's stop. Guess there is always black tape for those who don't like it.

And it also does not cost $5000 like the Q2.

That is true - plus I really still like this viewfinder and the fact it has a flash. It is kind of a simple almost do-it-all thing.
The Q to compare might be used Q1.

The real improvement of the V model would be an OVF way more accurate than those of its predecessors.

Framing in all consciousness then always having to crop to get what was in the OVF frame while firing the shutter is what kept me away from the X100 series since their beginning. We'll see how things have changed (or not) on this one...

Man, tough crowd. I’m a Fuji fanboy... but in this time of me-too style mirrorless cameras, I am just glad they exist. This camera looks fine to me... especially the black one.

The full set of product images is up! Think I'll pre-order a black one. :D

Okay, there's finally an X100 with a rear layout that I like. I always felt like the previous models had too many buttons on the back for a camera that has all the exposure parameters on physical dials. This one looks super clean!

$1399 in the US, and weather resistant with the $100 filter /adapter. Looks like a decent update.

Now that the specs are out, I'm totally on board with this camera. I really like the newly redesigned top plate, with its sharp edges and fine details. It's basically a X-Pro 3 with a better 23/2 lens, it would solve pretty much every issue I have with the original X100 I have on the desk right now. Add the tilting screen, decent video mode including Eterna profile, this is right up my alley. Too bad it doesn't have IBIS, that would make it just about perfect.

The DPReview initial review was shot on the X100V. Very impressive performance.

The weathersealing is so cool. I'm remembering when I was caught in a multiple hour downpour in Japan, and as a result, have no photos from that part of the day until we got inside. Sure, a Sony RX0 would have done it, but the X100V would produce different images.

Sample photos at f/2 are looking sharp, though I'm seeing some "bulls-eye" OOF highlights in the bokeh of some photos.

Sounds like a great upgrade with the weather sealing, AF range limiter, touchscreen AF, tilting LCD, and pop-up ISO ring.

The new satin coating on aluminum plates sounds nice, too. Maybe I'll get silver instead of black.

Nice cam..
Often thought of getting one..
Basically a point and shoot..
But kinda expensive for that..
Video looks good..
Stills..well..if you like that lens rendition..as you are stuck w/it..
And then there is..when dust gets on the sensor..you have to send it in for a cla..and that aint cheep..
