Back In Black
This is kind of old news, but probably quite a few are wondering about this. What seems to be the consensus over at x100forums is that the Canon OC-3 and the usual array of eBay clones will work in TTL with the Fuji speedlights and the X-series cameras. It also match my personal experience as I've tried it and it works

There is not that much variability to the classic hotshoe, so the various TTL systems mostly differ in the number of extra contacts and the software protocol talked rather than the pin location.
Accordingly any foreign system cable with a full set of contacts in the same location will do, regardless whether the system it is intended for uses a incompatible protocol.
For example, I've always used my Nikon cables for my Contax (SLR and G) cameras, as Nikon TTL shares the location of the two rear contacts used by Contax. Nikon however has one additional front contact, so that the inverse, using Nikon TTL with (nowadays more affordable) Contax cables, won't do.
