I didn't realize they changed the menu button. That was subtle but will be very welcomed.

They also changed the 12 o'clock selection on the dial. Moved "Drive" to a side button and AF to 12 o'clock. That's good.

If the X100s now has a selectable minimum shutter speed for auto ISO, can a firmware upgrade for the X-Pro1/X-E1 be far behind???.....he says hopefully.

The X100 has a selectable minimum - I have no idea why that was changed for the XP1/XE-1 but I hated it.

Yeah, I did too. The X100 is my most used camera, but I've never been happy with the AF speed. The s should take care of that.
