I think this lens is junk. If you own it, you should sell it immediately.

Looks like there's a huge amount of vignetting in the lower right corner - the lens makes that section look almost black !!

Yeah, the vignetting in the lower right corner is terrible, so much worse than my D18 -- I'll take surplus lenses, too. I have access to a good, and very green, recycling place for them (umm, my green camera bag). Will pay shipping plus nominal salvage value of $50.
