Something for LF and pinhole enthusiasts to salivate over - they claim a very high silver content, and the samples seem to support that claim (see the photo of the glass jars and bottles).

The new paper is based on a 70 year old Kodak formula and is being manufactured by the photographic paper and emulsion company Slavich Co. in Russia.

Kickstarter goal is $30,000 with paper orders from $20 to $500 depending on number/size.

Sizes are 4x5", 5x7", 11x14", 8x10", and 16x20".

The sample images on the links are really worth a look.

There's a thread about this over on APUG. While the speed looks interesting, it's not a "direct" positive paper like Harman's. This paper is intended to be reversal processed using "traditional" reversal chemistry, similar to how photo booths process their paper prints. According to the APUG thread, they will also be offering chemistry kits for processing the paper.

As Slavich already sell a Photobooth paper, what is supposed to be the difference? Is there any? $30,000 would be a rather steep minimum order for custom sizes...
