gallery on RFF

I tried to upload some photos to a new gallery a few times today and yesterday. Can't seem to get it to work. It says I have reached my Maximum 5 pics for the day, but my album is empty and my photos are nowhere to be found. Am I doing this wrong?
 
some adjustments were made to the gallery,
try uploading now and see if you still have problems.
remember the file limit is 200kb each jpg.

I tried to upload too when I submit and it finishes,transfers me to my page but nothing is there?
Also noticed no pics on the top of the classified section?
 
I think my problem now is that I have photos stuck in the queue from yesterday or the day before. When I tried to upload 5 pics today (each under 200kb), it gave me this error:

imb25.jpg ( exceeds your limit of daily uploads), imb29.jpg ( exceeds your limit of daily uploads), imb31.jpg ( exceeds your limit of daily uploads), imb33.jpg ( exceeds your limit of daily uploads)
 
I have the same problem trying to upload to threads. I had no problem two days ago uploading to my gallery.
