Thanks for the mention dazedgonebye. This shot was actually the last on the roll - a "waste" shot as I was just trying to finish the roll to drop the film off at the lab. I usually find my "waste" shots are sometimes the best :)

Thanks for the mention RobLurkfield

In general: A certain Film Noir predominence this week?

Quite surprised that my picture was mentioned! Than you, robklurfield!
Wonderful pictures, as always.

Thanks for the mentions guys. I feel deeply flattered.

I also feel guilty for not taking the time to post up some of my own faves, so here goes:

This image is so good that words fail me.

A pretty girl and a Leica - this photo has everything! Though I think the leaves and the eyes make it.

Very cinematic. I can sense the ongoing conversation.

Billy Springer

Intriguing image, as other have stated, it looks like a map.

So good! It inspires me want to get out there and have a go myself.

I think being aware of Franks work makes a big difference to how the viewer sees this image.
An portrait of a girl done 1950's style. But it's the little bits of tattoo on each shoulder that adds contemporary frisson.

Beautifully harsh.
