a great series from Malvin...

slightly creepy, but rather nicely done....

what a match here between the man and the mannequin...

every image Stefan makes from this spot comes out well. if I were him, I'd set up a permanent perch here.

many thanks hteasley and Jim (barnwulf) for including my photo this week.
As always I'm thankful for the opportunity to see excellent pictures here that I missed during the week. My favourites have already been mentioned:
The unanswered questions in this photo of two people walking in opposite directions along the railway track drew me in to Alex's well composed shot. Why are they walking on the track? The man in the uniform looks official and has a purposeful stride. Perhaps the other man is a workman. I wonder did they greet as they passed? I'd guess not. I also liked the processing.
I'd entirely missed this photo by Bostanem until Luigi mentioned it. Very nice composition in light, shade and tones.
Richard G's picture of the seamstress, looking interrupted and somewhat annoyed, has a domestic intimacy I really like
and Richard's (Semrich) night tram photo is one I would love to see as a print. A conversation travelling through time and space, the tram's headlights showing the way
Semrich's night photo of life on the streets drew me in with its warmth and humanity
Doomster's beautiful photo captures the innocent wonder of it all
Dustywalker's end-of-the-world photo shows the futility of human ambition in the sea of time - in a beautiful moody photo.
Barnwulf's (Jim's) trademark composition and that cheeky black leg peeking around the corner got my attention in this shot.
I liked Doomster's framing against the sky, and careful composition in this rural scene
Chris7521's darkly atmospheric night shot reminded me of The Spy Who Came In From The Cold, or any other Le Carre plot. I half expected to see George Smiley standing in the shadows.
I cracked up when I first saw Bushwick1234's wonderful shot of the bride and groom next to the overflowing dumpster, a dog possibly preparing to pee on her leg. Wedding photography at its finest
