Another great week. Thank you very much for the mentions.
My favourite for the last week:
robklurfield's diptych - love is always one of the best subjects...
A Suitcase, Couple of Cameras and My Best Girl (Then and Now)
September 1983 in Paris and August 2011 on Cape Cod
Luigi (luiman) - the night has a thousand eyes. The cat, the light and the texture.
aldenfender - Charles. The expression and history in that face.
Gary (SciAggie) - Running Through Puddles. A decisive moment. The triangle of gaze linking the funner to the other two.
Richard (semrich) - the pose. The subject as object and the photographers as subject.
Doug - Storm Brewing. Such depth and scale when you see the fine detail. Needs to be printed big..
Jim (barnwulf) - Tire Tracks in the Salt Lake. Composition, a story, and lovely MF grain, detail and tone.
quicksilvermike - frozen catwalk. beautiful but treacherous.
Martini - Untitled. Beautifully rendered cloudscape with virga.
Boris (taskoni) - Girl. The pose and look captures the feeling of "teenager".
Boris (taskoni) - The man and the bird. Moody.
gho - D110809_1. like this for its composition in lines and colour, light and shade
petronius - 1030393. Hard to pick just one from Petronius - I chose this for its graphic quality and colour.

Bob, Barnwulf, thanks for choosing my shots this week. I've been remiss at participating, but only because I'm reluctant to post thumbnails. Will keep trying when I have time.
