Jamie, thanks for the kind words.
I have to agree with Jamie regarding the super abundance of wonderful work. Honored to be included. Gosh, there's a lot of talent here.

So many great images this week that I'm going to be greedy and add a few more here....
LynnB ... a couple of great shots in Sydney that look enticing but have me convinced I'd be sucked out to sea if I were in this scene....
A great portrait by Lawrence... shot at the Tate Modern. Why shouldn't good art be made in the presence of other good art? ....
Maiku ... a well done series of images from a decaying building. I had trouble choosing just one ....
mlehrman capturing every bit of the recent cold in NYC's Chinatown.
Jelico. I picked this for the social commentary. I think we were led to believe in the solidity and permanence of insurance companies and this image, like recent events, calls that belief into question.

Rinzlerb really captured the essence of a herd of Scotish Highland cattle in his series.

This selection is deserving for the composition and capture of color. The focal point of color for me, is the reddish umbrella.

Here are my picks,
Petardima, Excellent, more words are unnecessary.
Dave S., cool in the cold sense of the word, the snow our drops on the lens turn it into an entirely different picture in a good way.
Hteasley, prison or not it's still light and it works well behind those trees and in color.
Ericzhu, super. I like the shallow depth of field, motion blur, sharpness of his expression and arms out leg up all conveying that speed on those racing blades.
Mlehrman, great expression and composition, the sum is greater than the parts.
Gswarbrick, I like the composition and two cyclists in sharp focus and the third with motion blur accentuates the action.
Darthfeeble, I like the sturdy feel of this, complemented by the detail and tonality. The kind of shot I like to take from time to time.
Sanmich, I like the timing and composition where the of the man and the woman are in the door frames going in opposite directions.
