Thanks to Icebear and Daveleo for nominating my Lightning Tree image. We get one or two really foggy days in Ireland a year and one just has to hope they fall on a weekend (if like me you work weekdays). This year's one was a cracker.

Can I also just commend Steveh's landscape - a really very fine image both compositionally and because of its slightly surreal quality: very hard to achieve without seeming affected.
