Gallery Picks is an opportunity for you to post a heads up to what you have seen during the past seven days at RFF that you like.
There's no membership requirement, no criteria (except past seven days), no voting, no limit to the number of photos mentioned,
and everybody mentioned is a winner.
Anybody can start the thread on a Monday.

This is an always interesting thread. I'm busy now, it's the Great Housecleaning Day LOL and I only post a couple of the photos random selected among the ones I appreciated very much in the week, I'll come back in the next days with a wider selection.

Something made me chuckle about that picture by RHL-Oregon. The small details and custom made look of the chair make it really interesting. The duck and "American Literary Masters" book really give it character and make you think about the person who owns the chair.
I have a similar picture of my dad sitting wearing his fishing hat which makes me chuckle.

Here is my selection for this week
C"entennial Park" by Lynn: Love the light here, and the colours.
"Locomotive awaitng prey" by Rhl-oregon: excellent formal composition anmd mix of shapes. Good use of the Zeiss Werra.
"Along the side of the road" by Greg Maslag: a simple subject, well seen and well made. Love the tones, I imagine a print in the hands must be a good satisfaction
"Half-Shucked" by Mlehrmann: exquisite use of light.
A good series of three pictures by Melancholy, all are good, love this one, and the one with the sheeo and the one with the bird...good to see interaction with animals ...
A lovely light well captured by the Tri X 400 in this photo by Twvacamp
"Littoral Leap": so nice to see a joyful moment in this photo by LCsmith
Intense portrait by Guy Pinhas, taken with a camera he had boiught by our friend Helen Hill
"I scope, therefore I am..." strong and funny
by Monz
Much to see and think in "homeless camp decor" by Rhl-oregon
Excellent portrait by Jason Schneider
Simple very simple and very well made this still life by Mrtoml
I take opportunity to thank Bmoze for the inclusion of my photo in his selection, much appreciated. And than everyone who contributed to the gallery, as always very inspiring.
