It's the prodigious amount of photo sharing and content, relative to other photography sites, that attracted me to RFF several months ago. Compared to other sites, it really seems to me that it's less about gear and reviews, and more about taking pictures and showing your work.
There's always the accumulated cruft of history in communities, for folks who have been there for years, but as a newcomer, seems like photography is very much alive and well at RFF, no sarcasm.
