The Somali Outreach Center is a local in Rochester for Somalis to take english lessons or sewing lessons etc...

I went the the other day to give some colour pictures I had taken before and there was this group of handicapped young people downstairs having a meal/party. I don't know much more about them though; they are somewhat linked o the center too. I'll go back give them the picture and hopefully will be able to take more. That was a fun day and handing prints to people and seeing their delighted reactions is always something !
