So many outstanding photographs this week! These three hit the sweet spot for me:
Enzocositore:
This image contains everything a great photograph needs and not a single thing more. An entire story distilled into a single moment of divergence. A Beckett play come to life on the street.
phil devries:
As a life-long drummer and jazz musician, I am biased toward this one. The pianist's personality just leaps off the screen. I want to trade fours with this cat on a trio gig!
raphaelaaron:
The pose and the composition compliment one another perfectly. The woman's crossed hands playfully connote self-consciousness, which her eyes completely belie. The shallow depth of field and centralization of the subject make her the center of attention, and her look says, "yeah, I know I'm the center of attention." A lovely portrait of a graceful woman.

Um, why are the photos I posted so much larger than everyone else's? Did I commit a bandwidth faux pas?
Keith
The best camera is one that still works!
I don't care how big they are as long as I don't have to scroll horizontally!
