Telewatt - Bilbao / Spain 47
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/pho...=all&sortby=d&sorttime=14&way=asc&limit=last7

The small people down there, remind HCB work. But the overall highly original and aesthetical composition, Telewatt style only. Great depht effect.

Hi petronius, sinetsin and mickH

Thanks for your picks . Chiangmai was fun, though hot.

Maybe that's why the elephants needed a bath =)

Leonor and Manuel

Lovable folks, classic Claremont style photo: intense human warmth.

Ruben:

Thank you for a mention here and kind words. Leonor and Manuel were very pleased with their photo too.

gb hill:

I hope you are recovering well.

Thank you for choosing 'Restaurante 8 Março' (not 'Margo', Março is the month after Abril, and I assume that 8 Março is some sort of special day.)

...and another five...

Telewatt: Berlin/Germany
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=77734
Nice use of W/A and DOF.

matinfo: step by step

Timeless.

That Telewatt fellow again: Bilbao/Spain 37
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=77796
Four nuns, sounds bland, but it's a very intriguing snap.

Harlee: Fountain
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=77820
Lovely fleshy tones.

Payasam: Big sister reading
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=77831
Sadly, the last in the series.

Gorgeous wall art by Jon

IZr:

Thank you for that mention.

This is the far end of the bar at Europa 4, and we are looking at the potato chips display side on and the beer fridge from the back.

They don't like cameras in there, but tolerate an eccentric foreign guy photographing 'nothing'.

IZr:

'Salt' (Previously titled 'After World War lll')

Great color and no scale make this photo intriguing.

[I tried to upload the thumbnail, but couldn't; I had done the same at the weekend trying out this workflow and when you've uploaded one thumbnail to one thread you cannot upload it again.

Anyway it's a great photo of salt in a blue sea.]

And my final selections for this week...

Lucian: my windows
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=77846
The cracked and peeling render achieve a kind of Trompe l'Oeil effect of open sky. Really well spotted.

W Morgan: Mme Suisse
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=77848
A smashing candid portrait.

rbiemer: Raquette 07
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=77851
A subtle landscape shot.

So many good photographs again this week. I think I will have to start being more selective in future or I will end up posting pages and pages of Picks of The Week!

Cheers
