Thanks Luigi, Harry & Dotur for choosing my coffee packers shot...and another nod to Dotur for informing me of what was happening in my own shot
Here are some more great pictures that caught my eye from the gallery last week.
During a walk by Terje
Little Fuji cameras seem to do a great job with landscapes.
I like the tonal banding across footpath, grass verge, road and far field and with the added curve it takes your eye through the picture very nicely. The dramatic sky tops it all off too.

I knew this was going to be my kind of shot from the thumbnail. I agree with Lynn regarding it working well in mono - but as a mono shooter I really like seeing it in colour...something I keep thinking I should do more of. But don't.
Garage by zauhar
+1 to the abstract painting suggestion or perhaps 3D puzzle. It reminds me a little of a recurring nightmare I used to have as a child. Always running down corridors and across raised walkways trying to find a way out before being crushed by huge rolling cylinders - no idea what it meant...other than I probably shouldn't have been allowed to play with other children!
Outside by graksi
I hadn't had a chance to comment on this one and nearly forgot about it until collating my 'Picks.' It's a doorway into another realm. Excellent ability to transform one scene into another.
Goin' Green '12 by tigerphil
I love the miniature bushes poking out from the top of the building, from the thumbnail I wondered if you'd caught a row of pigeons 'mooning' over the edge.
...plus another deserving mention for Lynn's "May I Pat It?" which I saw because of this thread. Brilliantly creative as ever Lynn.

I like the composition of the brushes, the general color, that some of the brushes still have a little paint on them. This is so good.

Keith, Lynn thank you for including my image
My favorite from this week was from print44.
"Double dip"
The square crop and strong saturation give an abstract feel that reminds me of a collectable postage stamp. It's a very strong image.
