Gallery time limit info?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, and I've missed some obvious UI indicator someplace.

So five images a day, I'm fine with the limit, I'm sure it's what the site needs. But is there a way that one can tell when the clock has reset, so one can post new images again? Or what the current number is, if you can post some but not all five?

I have the same question. Also, some time if I, say, post two photos, then later try to post one more, the message I receive is that I exceeded my daily limit of 5 images (but sometimes it says 6,7, etc.) Still trying to understand exactly how the system works.

I observed the same thing - but then I think I found the cause: If I upload a picture not only to my gallery, but also e.g. into the Street gallery, the forum software does not count just one, but two pictures. Apparently, it doesn't just link copies, but actually stores the same picture twice.

Same experience as mentioned by Arjay. It also appear that the one day is counted as 24 hours following the last photo upload, and not counted in calender days.
