Vincent, the Cosina website says that the date is "to be announced." Hasselblad has said the the black models will be available after the limited edition sells out, probably in the fall.

The first 1200 units will be produced as a limited edition chrome version. Production of the black bodies will commence right after the run of the chrome versions finishes.
