I was an exhibition at Istanbul Museum of Modern Art which was about a historical gaze to the portrait photography. It was very interesting to see selected works about the chronological evolution of portrait photography. Furthermore, it was also interesting to see a variety of printing techniques from alternative processes to modern digital printing techniques.
I was impressed with an image of Emmet Gowin in exhibition and I just want to share it with you before going to bed. I couldn't stop myself thinking this image. I wish I had this image on my wall. Here is the image:

thanks for that - some great names in that exhibition. Love that Emmet Gowin portrait.
Is there a catalogue available - and is it worthwhile getting? There is a picture of a 'Bakis - Gaze' catalogue in the bookstore but I don't know if it refers to the exhibition.

Yes, that book is referring the exhibition. I saw the book. Almost every image at the exhibition were in it but I am not sure above image is in it or not? I am not sure if it is worthwhile or not? It is about mainly your photography taste. I have impressed lots of the images from exhibition.

Note: Whole exhibition is a collection of "Bank of America".
