Zeiss Ikon Box Tengor acquired cheaply over the last few weeks.
I cleaned them inside and outside, and they're as good as new. Will soon thow a film in the little 6x4.5 54 model.

Produced 1956-ish, the Braun Super II was also known as the Braun Super Paxette. Stephen Gandy did a nice write-up on it:Never seen this teutonic camera. Construction year?

It has a coupled rangefinder and a 39mm lens mount, but is not compatible with LTM lenses. Double stroke, leaf shutter, and surprisingly heavy.
Now I have to find more lenses for it.

Wonderful camera. Lens hunter from now.

Altissa Altix V. Now to find an English manual. Or a German translator.

It is odd how, on the one hand, Zeiss Ikon managed to make an SLR (and one with a between the lens shutter at that) which was so compact in the early Contaflex design such as your II—and on the other hand, they produced one that was so huge at almost the same time, with the Contarex.
I spent some time last week persuading my Contaflex Rapid to work again. Just have to finish dialling the focus in and it will be ready to see a film. The later models are not as pocketable as the first two though.
Cheers,
Brett
