Getting my Canon 1.2 Cleaned?

Hi All,

I'm sure this has been discussed many times here, but can anybody recommend a repairperson to give my Canon 1.2 it's 50-60yr overhaul?

I'm in the midwestern United States.

A lot of competent people can work on it.

In the past few months, I've had Essex Camera and Sherry Krauter CLA lenses. Both were fine, but I am partial to Sherry these days - she did a remarkable job cleaning a bad case of fungus from a lens. She is currently servicing a Canon 35/2 for me.

Turnaround time was about two/three weeks with both of them.

DAG did fine on my 50/1.2.

You really want a Leica specialist, to make sure the focusing is accurate. No margin for error, best to send the camera along as well.
