Won the ebay auction for $1. Slow shutter speeds below 1/30 are off, but the shutter release has the best feel of any camera I have ever used.

Great photo work - I love composition/background on 1st pic and you're right: there's something about Lynx's shutter release whatever model it's (1000/5000/14's - they all have supper smooth shutter releases).

Do you ever take color pictures? You know the lens on your 5000 is color corrected and takes fantastic color pics:)!

Thanks! I haven't done much color in the last few months, but i think I will put a roll through the 5000 soon. I will be sure to post any nice results.

Hello Folks,

Three from me...

Am I correct in thinking that the first two show signs of light leaks?

Best regards,
RoyM

Take the bottom off and make sure that the screw in the middle of the large gear is tight. If it's loose it could cause the gears to slip and mess up the framing. If it's tight, there may be some serious wear in the winding mechanism. Not good...

While some in the pic insist on eos digital :bang:, I shot this with E-35 GSN + wide lens, on Efke KB100, scanned on canoscan 8600f

Location in Croatia, old abandoned mill.
