here's a pic from my 'new' Electro 35 GX I just bought. It's just a shot from a test roll I fired off to check the camera, but I like the colors. Film is cheapo Fujicolor C200, with a lab scan.

I was sick and tired of dealing with my 5D. Great camera nothing wrong with that. Its just the bulk and the constant fight to override the computer in the black box. So I sold the entire kit. My wife (and me ;-) gets a GF1 and I am planning to purchase a Leica MP.
In order to get more feel for shooting 35mm film with a Rangefinder I refurbished one of my Yashica's exposed a roll of film and took it too the developer. To my horror I found the entire film covered with white specs and dust. What good is an expensive camera if the medium comes out like shhhhhhht :-(

New Yashica GX, purchased from our RFF contributor Frontman... This camera feels great, and it was right at home here at Happo-en garden, in the Shirokanedai neighborhood, Tokyo, Japan, earlier this week.
This shot with Fuji 200 and a cheap scan.

Now that I have an Epson V500 on the way, I just ordered some of the Efke 127 film for my Yashica 44. Looking forward to using it after MANY years of disuse.
