Glen Clova, Caringorms, Scotland

I've spent the last week living in a log cabin in Scotland, just on the edge of the Cairngorms. I had an amazing time. The roads are superb and we have seen all kinds of wildlife from huge birds to a red stag next to a loch. I'll be going back as soon as I can afford it - the cabin wasn't cheap but it really is luxury, there's a sauna and a hot tub!

Scotland is a place I'd like to visit. Your pictures reinforce this. That tower is really cool.

Thanks, yes it's amazing isn't it! We saw a picture of it in our lodge so we went out and found it after a lot of driving around.

A cabin with a sauna & hot tub may not be referred to as a cabin in my book. Nice photos. I like 2 & 3 the best...just my opinion. They capture a certain eery feeling.

We stayed in the 'Hideaway' lodge. It was beautiful, the pictures on the site don't do it justice at all!!
