Steichen's pix can be seen at the Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto. Great exhibition. It includes a short B+W film showing how he works. Big 8x10 camera, rows of lights anda platoon of assistants. Life for photogs used to be much more difficult.
There are two rooms full of portraits and fashion photos very nicely displayed.
Th Royal Ontario Museum, also in Toronto, will be displaying Vogue fashion photos shortly.
