Goggles Alignment out on 135 Elmarit

On a shoot today I discovered the goggles alignment out on my 135 Elmarit. It's happened a couple of times over the past fifteen years and both times I sent it to a local repairman but he's no longer in business. It's probably a simple adjustment but I don't know where to start. The alignment problem is in the vertical axis. Any experience in adjusting?

There are a couple of threads on photo.net in the Leica Forum on the alignment adjustment for this lens. I have not looked recently and do not have a link. It has been a couple of years, so a search would be in order.

Searching Pnet I haven't found anything regarding my first version Elmarit 135. I should have stated it is the v1.
