Well, after finding some, yet little info about this lens, I thought I'd bite a bullet and go for it. It's very well built. Small and solid. And here are a couple of pics from the first roll, done on M6. I don't have external finder for it, just used a full frame of M6 and it seems to be about right. Very sharp lens.
First photo - wide open at f4. Second - don't remember - at about 8.0 or so. Third - wide open.

Krosya,

I have the non-RF version of the CV 25mm/4. It is not only sharp but also keeps straight lines at the edges, which reminds meof rectilinear lenses. The size of the lens is small and the cost is very reasonable. There really is nothing negative about this lens.

Congratulations.

I have both (yeah, I know) and they are just fantastic lenses if you don't need the speed. The new version is the canine's testicles on the M8. Everyone should have one of these babies.

I like the new version as it has the coupling and focuses down to half a meter (uncoupled), much better build and ergonomics, and it's easier to code the mount for the M8 (as long as you fill in the screw hole with filler).
