When is first saw this deal http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=15234&item=7513871263&rd=1 on ebay, I thought that i had found the perfect fed-2 for me. But I'm starting to think that it is a fake auction, because i think that the three displayed pictures are from three different models! (And the last picture (with the sn) looks very familiar to me, i think that i've seen it before!)

Or am I completely wrong and is this a thrustworthy auction?

Interesting. The flash sync connection on the body in photo 1 moved to the viewfinder housing in photo 2.

Hmmm..... Seller has 0 feedback, too. I'd avoid this one. Might want to alert E-bay about this as well.

Check out auctions by alex-photo. He does tend to recycle photos, but from all accounts, he's very trustworthy. I'm still waiting for the FED2 I bought from him to arrive, but so far I can't complain about his service.

I won't buy this one  Maybe for someone who likes to take a risk. ;)

So I'll continue my search for one of the best (soviet) cameras ever, or at least the best i can afford

I might risk an auction like this given all of the apparent circumstances, but only at half of this price.

Prudence should rule over valor. Run away!

I think this would be a "risk" where you have a very small chance to get anything for your money. Stinks too much.

And if you would receive the FED (probably not), the leather case would probably stink even harder :D
